Knowledge of AutoCAD is essential and ideally some knowledge of Revit or similar 3D Modelling software is advantageous.

Responsibilities:

- Producing MEP BIM models of new building construction projects, modelling and coordinating the Heating, Ventilation, Pipework, - --  --- Lighting and Power Services in Revit MEP.
- Using Navisworks to produce visual imagery and video walk-throughs.
- Run Clash Detection of the MEP Services and generating reports in Navisworks.
- Production of End Sheets and Record Drawings.
- This is a great opportunity to work in a niche team and work on prestigious projects from their central London office.

Starting Salary level dependent on experience and level recruited for (trainee or intermediate technician).
