We are currently recruiting for a Revit MEP Technician, for an excellent permanent role based in Birmingham.
Our client is a multi-disciplinary consultancy with 40 offices worldwide and 700 staff. They offer a unique place to work in an exclusive part of Birmingham City Centre.

They work on large projects, mainly in the Commercial, Healthcare, Residential and Retail sectors, and are established as leaders in the deployment of BIM and 3D modelling software.

Responsibilities:

This is an excellent opportunity for a talented MEP BIM Technician to join our team in Birmingham to support the production of Revit Models & CAD drawings for all stages of design, ensuring the effective design of some of the most exciting building design projects in the world.
The successful candidate will work as an integral part of our established team of expert engineers and CAD/Revit technicians. Working closely with colleagues of various disciplines, you will produce detailed 2D CAD General assemblies and will also develop design coordinated 3D BIM models using Revit, following our current design practices.

Requirements:

• Experience in a similar multidisciplinary role (mechanical and electrical building services design)
• Design software proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit
• Ability to communicate effectively with engineers and specialists
